This was a wonderful place to stay. Sara, the host, was welcoming and so helpful when I arrived early due to a train strike that was about to take place the day that I arrived. I was welcomed in quickly checked-in. The room was perfect and I appreciate the welcoming treats in coffee station. The hotel was down a narrow passageway that opens to a wide street with many restaurants and shops. A boat stop is a 5 minute walk. I haven’t had such a wonderful stay in such a long time. I highly recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t fault anything with our accommodation. The decor was lovely, the room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. There were little extras that were a nice surprise (will leave you to find out for yourself). Via Garibaldi is packed with amazing restaurants, is picturesque and oozes atmosphere. The hostess (I think her name was Sara) is charming, helpful and absolutely pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Extremely convenient but quiet location with excellent facilities really close by. Very good correspondence with hosts and immaculate facilities. Will definitely stay again when next in Venice.
